A MASSIVE thank you to everyone who supported the Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday 4th April 2015. The event was supported by over 80 local families all searching the Patch high and low for the clues left by the Easter Bunny.
As well as receiving lots of Easter treats, children were also able to enter the colouring competition, decorate an Easter mask and enjoy a freshly prepared cake from the refreshments stand.
The morning was a great success and raised much needed funds for the up keep and running of The Patch.
Just a few photos from the event can be seen below. We are already planning the Hunt for 2016 – Saturday 26th March 2016.
A big thank you to Gompels Healthcare (www.gompels.co.uk) and Smith’s Clarity Solutions (www.clarity-solutions.co.uk) for their kind donations towards the event. Thank you also to the Bakehouse, Sheringham and Sponge of Holt (www.sponge.co.uk) for their kind donations towards the refreshment stand.
Leon (Store Manager) and Sarah (Community Champion) from Tesco, Sheringham, visited one of the 3 partner schools earlier this week to deliver a large selection of Easter Eggs in preparation for the forthcoming Easter Egg Hunt. Pupils from Sheringham Woodfields School (Seals Class) gratefully received the generous donation.
A big thank you to the team from Tesco.
The Bunn Fertiliser Fund, via Norfolk Community Foundation have kindly awarded The Patch a grant of £1500.00 to support the 25hours p/week Facilitator post.
We are all very excited to have been chosen by the panel. The support given will help The Patch continue to grow and go from strength to strength.
